My name is Rui Caldas, I live and work in Portugal and I am an independent video game developer.

I teach multimedia in a higher education school and, throughout my teaching career,
I have explored various areas and projects with very different types of students.

The Covid-19 confinement gave me the opportunity to explore online teaching and I recorded videos of the classes to facilitate student access.

Later, I evolved them to be a more structured and produced tutorials, and thus the idea of Youtube HomeGameCoder was born.
